  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book an appointment, please ring me directly on 07906 101258. You can also email me at hello@chloehartbodyworks.com.
  • What are your hours?
    Pilates classes are held M, T, Th, F morning and evening. Pilates coaching and Pilates therapy appointments can be made for the same days as above.
  • When are your Pilates classes?
    Please click here for details of our current class schedule.
  • Is there parking?
    There is plenty of free parking at Brackenholme Business Park
  • Do you take walk-ins?
    All appointments need to be pre-booked.
  • What if I can't make my appointment?
    If you can't make your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling so I can offer the place to another client. I reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice. We can reschedule your appointment if you cannot make it.
  • I have a health issue, can I still receive treatment or participate in class?
    Many health issues can be treated or worked around. But it is always best to ask at the time you make your appointment to avoid disappointment. If I feel you will not benefit from Pilates, I will endeavour to refer you to an appropriate practitioner.
  • Can I receive treatment if I'm in a lot of pain?
    Exercise is not always a good idea if you are in discomfort. Please let me know about your pain levels when you book your appointment so I can be certain Pilates is right for you at the time.
  • What about patient privacy?
    In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations, Bodyworks has a privacy policy which you can find on this website.
  • How do I find out about events and offers?
    You can subscribe to my newsletter for updates, news and offers. Simply email me at hello@chloehartbodyworks.com.
  • Do you offer gift vouchers?
    Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are good for 6 months. To purchase or for more information ring me on 07906 101258 or email me at hello@chloehartbodyworks.com.
  • Do you accept debit cards?
    All payments are made electronically via a payment link sent to your email the day before your appointment.
