What are your hours?

My massage days are: Monday 1130-4pm Tuesday 8am - 5pm Thursday 8am - 5pm Friday 8am - 3pm Saturdays (first Saturday of the month only) 8am -12pm Pilates classes are held throughout the week, please see the schedule tab for details.

Do you take walk-ins?

All appointments need to be pre-booked.

What if I can't make my appointment?

If you can't make your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling so I can offer the place to another client. I reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.

I have a health issue, can I still receive treatment or participate in class?

Many health issues can be treated or worked around. But it is always best to ask at the time you make your appointment to avoid disappointment. If I feel you will not benefit from massage or Pilates, I will endeavour to refer to you to an appropriate practitioner.

Can I receive treatment if I'm in a lot of pain?

Treatment at the time you are experiencing a high level of pain is not always in your best interest. Please let me know about your pain levels when you book your appointment so I can be certain massage or Pilates is right for you at the time.

What about patient privacy?

Do you accept debit cards?

I accept bank transfers to be paid before or at the time of your appointment. You can also pay in cash, please bring the correct amount as I do not have change. I do not accept cheques.
