How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, please ring me directly on 07906 101258 or ring the Good Health Clinic on 01757 429685.
What are your hours?
I see clients Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8-3. I also work two Saturdays per month.
When are your Pilates classes?
I offer four classes per week. See below for times:
Is there parking?
There is a market car park in front of the library and post office, just down from the Good Health Clinic.
Do you take walk-ins?
All appointments need to be pre-booked.
What if I can't make my appointment?
If you can't make your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling so I can offer the place to another client.
I have a health issue, can I still receive treatment or participate in class?
Many health issues can be treated or worked around. But it is always best to ask at the time you make your appointment to avoid disappointment.
Can I receive treatment if I'm in a lot of pain?
Treatment at the time you are experiencing a high level of pain is not always in your best interest. Please let me know about your pain levels when you book your appointment so I can be certain massage or Pilates is right for you at the time.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Do you accept debit cards?
I accept bank transfers (ahead of the treatment only) as well as debit/credit cards.
