Pilates For Real People

Introducing Pilates subscription packages. Now, not only can you choose which classes you take during the week (see the new schedule below) but you can choose how many you take per week as well. I've added new classes, new class times, a schedule that runs Monday to Friday and a Top Up card in case you want to do a bit more. 

How to start

First, choose your level of subscription. You have four options plus a top up card. Subscriptions last for six weeks and then automatically roll over into the next six weeks so you won't need to re-subscribe each time. Unused or missed classes cannot be carried over. But there are so many choices for classes, that if you miss one, you can just opt for a different class that week. 

After choosing your package, scroll down to book your classes. Classes will be paid for online and when you register for a class, a zoom link will be sent to you. Easy Peasy...everything all in one place! 

Superstar

Your Boost subscription gives you Unlimited Pilates classes per week - includes all class types. You l get all the great things you love like in class positioning and technique cues. You will also have access to the private FB group, The 100 Club!

Rockstar

Your Rockstar subscription gives you 3 Pilates classes per week - this includes all class types. You will still get all the great things you love like in class positioning and technique cues. You will also have access to the private FB group, The 100 Club!

Power Up

Your Power Up subscription gives you 2 Pilates classes per week - this includes all class types. You will still get all the great things you love like in class positioning and technique cues. You will also have access to the private FB group, The 100 Club!

Boost

Your Boost subscription gives you 1 Pilates class per week - this includes all class types. You will still get all the great things you love like in class positioning and technique cues. You will also have access to the private FB group, The 100 Club!

**Find yourself with extra time during the week? Add extra Pilates sessions with the Top Up card. The Top Up card gives you 10 sessions to use whenever you like for any class. Click for Top Up!**

Classes

After choosing your subscription package, choose your classes for the week. You will need to book your classes each week or as a block. You can swap, cancel and change your classes as you want. Total flexibility! Classes must be booked or cancelled no later than three hours before the class start time. 

 

You can join any class (although as an absolute beginner, you may want to avoid the Intermediate class on Wednesday evening) and can change which classes you take every week. This gives you total flexibility. Class options are: Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate, and special Pilates kit classes which will focus on exercises enhanced with a piece of equipment. No need to schedule a make up class as there are lots of classes to choose from so you won't miss out!

Choose a class from your Package category. So if you purchased a Power Up package subscription, then choose Power Up Pilates from the menu below. New students get their first class Free! 

Equipment

You will need a few things for mat classes. If you are planning to do the equipment classes, you will need a specific piece of equipment too. Please find the Amazon links below for all items. 

Mat

I suggest you aim for £10-£15 or less for a mat. Amazon, Home Bargains and Argos all have mats at good prices.
