Hello, I'm Chloe, owner of Bodyworks Pilates Studio.

For over 20 years I've been helping people feel better in their bodies through movement, rehabilitation and hands-on therapy.

My passion has always been understanding how the body works and, more importantly, helping people discover just how much better they can feel.

I know how frustrating it can be when pain, stiffness or reduced mobility begin to affect everyday life. Whether it's struggling to bend down, feeling uncomfortable after sitting at a desk all day, or simply not feeling as strong as you once did; those little changes can have a big impact on your confidence and wellbeing.

That's why I love what I do.

Every person who walks through my studio door has their own story, their own goals and their own challenges. My role is to understand where you are today and help you move towards where you want to be.

My journey

My career began in 2005 as a licensed Homeopath before qualifying in massage therapy, where I developed a deep understanding of functional anatomy, fascia and musculoskeletal injuries.

As my knowledge grew, I became increasingly fascinated by movement and the body's incredible ability to adapt and recover. That curiosity led me to qualify as a Balanced Body Pilates Instructor in 2019.

In 2022, everything came together when I became a Level 4 Pilates Therapist, combining my experience in rehabilitation, massage and Pilates to create personalised programmes that help people recover from injury, reduce pain and move with greater confidence.

Today, I use all of those skills together to help people build strength, improve mobility and enjoy life with fewer limitations.

My approach

I believe movement should never feel intimidating.

Whether you're joining a Pilates class, starting with private sessions or recovering from an injury, you'll always be welcomed into a friendly, supportive environment where you can work at your own pace.

I combine expert knowledge with a practical, down-to-earth approach, explaining how your body moves and why certain exercises will help. Understanding your body often makes all the difference to your confidence and progress.

As Joseph Pilates famously said:

"Change happens through movement

and movement heals."

I couldn't agree more.

When I'm teaching...The best part of my job isn't counting repetitions or correcting posture.

It's seeing the moment someone realises they can do something they couldn't do a few weeks before.

Watching a client stand taller, move more freely, recover from an injury or simply say, "I haven't been able to do that for years," is the reason I love coming to work every day.

Helping people rediscover confidence in their bodies is what Bodyworks Pilates Studio is all about.

I'd love to help you do the same.
