Pilates Therapy
Move Without Pain, Build Strength,
Feel Like Yourself Again
Living with pain or restricted movement can affect every part of your life. Simple everyday activities like getting out of a chair, walking the dog, lifting the shopping or enjoying your favourite hobbies can become frustrating and exhausting.
The good news is that you don't have to accept it as your "new normal."
Pilates Therapy is a personalised, one-to-one rehabilitation programme designed to help you move more comfortably, rebuild strength and regain confidence in your body.
Whether you're recovering from an injury or post surgery, struggling with persistent aches and pains, or finding that your body simply isn't moving as well as it used to, I'll work with you to create a programme that's tailored specifically to your needs.
Every body tells a story
Pain isn't always caused by the place that hurts.
Our bodies are incredibly clever. When something becomes painful or weak, we naturally change the way we move to protect ourselves. Over time these compensations can place extra strain on other muscles and joints, creating new aches, stiffness and movement restrictions.
That's why Pilates Therapy looks at the whole picture—not just the painful area.
Together we'll explore:
-
How your body moves
-
Your posture and movement patterns
-
Areas of weakness, stiffness or imbalance
-
Your daily routine, work and lifestyle
-
Your goals and the activities you'd love to return to
Understanding why your body is moving the way it is allows us to create a programme that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.
A programme designed just for you
One of the things I love about Pilates is that there isn't one "perfect" way to move.
Every body is different, which is why every rehabilitation programme I create is tailored to the individual. Together we'll find movements that work with your body, not against it.
Your first appointment includes a detailed consultation and movement assessment, giving me a clear understanding of how your body is functioning and where extra support is needed.
From there, I'll create a personalised Pilates Therapy programme designed to help you:
✔ Reduce pain and discomfort.
✔ Improve mobility and flexibility.
✔ Restore strength and stability.
✔ Build better movement habits.
✔ Regain confidence in your body.
✔ Return to the activities you enjoy
Every session is completely individual, allowing us to progress at a pace that's right for you. As your body changes, your programme changes too, ensuring every exercise continues to support your recovery and
long-term wellbeing.
You're never just handed a list of exercises
I'll guide you through every movement, explain why you're doing it and make sure you're performing each exercise safely and effectively.
You'll leave each session with a clear understanding of your programme and the confidence to continue making progress between appointments. You will also receive an email with the exercises we practiced in the session including how-to instructions and a video for reference.
Small improvements soon become meaningful changes, and those meaningful changes can have a huge impact on everyday life.
Could Pilates Therapy help you?
Pilates Therapy may be suitable if you are:
-
Recovering from injury or surgery.
-
Living with ongoing back, neck or joint pain.
-
Feeling stiff or restricted in your movement.
-
Struggling with balance or stability.
-
Wanting to move more confidently again.
-
Looking for a personalised approach rather than a group class.
-
Your journey starts here
You don't have to push through pain or simply "put up with it." With the right guidance and a programme designed specifically for you, it's possible to move more freely, feel stronger and enjoy everyday life again.
I'd love to help you take that first step.

Before I started Pilates Therapy, I had a lot of pain and not much mobility.
Attending 1:1 sessions with Chloe means we specifically target problem areas and I leave feeling better from the session.
Chloe sends me homework via email with written instructions and notes and cues we've discussed during the session. It's easy to follow.
My best outcome from Pilates Therapy has been less sciatica and overall pain as well as improved core and muscle strength.
