Many health issues can be treated or worked around. But it is always best to ask at the time you make your appointment to avoid disappointment.
If I feel you will not benefit from Pilates, I will endeavour to refer you to an appropriate practitioner.
It is not recommended to exercise when you are unwell. If I think you will not benefit from taking class I will ask you to go home so you can rest and not spread anything to the rest of the class.
