Pilates Booking Instructions
Start Here
You will receive an email from me with a code to your membership. Click on the link, fill in your details to sign up.
Once you do this, you will see this screen:
Check your email for your confirmation and then use the Login link provided. You will see this screen:
If this is your first time logging in then enter your email address (it must match the email you used to purchase your membership) and click the blue button. Then check your email. Your email will look like the box below. Press the blue access your account button.
This will bring you to your account screen which looks like this:
Now you can have a look to check on your membership, the waiting list for classes, your profile and bookings.
DO THIS FIRST! - DO NOT MISS THIS STEP: click on Profile and then at the bottom see where it asks you to change your password. It's not really a 'change' of password, it's just creating a password. If you skip this step, then you will have to go back and forth with the 'magic button' to login each time.
Book Classes
Now you have an account and a membership and you can book classes. Look at the top left corner and click on view available classes.
At the top you can see you are in the classes tab and next to it is your account tab.
Next you see the Available Classes heading and a button underneath to view Bundle Offers. This is where you can purchase a Top Up card to go with your membership if you want. A Top Up card is ONLY to be used along with a membership. Clicking that button just takes you to the bottom of the page, so you can scroll back up to see all the classes.

You can view the classes by week or month. You will only be able to see the current month's classes.
To book a class, click on the one you want. It will take you to this screen:
Choose whether to use your membership or your top up card if you have one. Then click continue.
Your next screen will have your details filled in already. You must agree to the T&Cs, then click Continue.
Click Confirm to book your class.
The class will show a total of £0.00. This is because you pay for the membership and the classes are included in that so there's no extra fee for the class.
After clicking the purple confirm booking box, you will be returned to the original screen that showed you all the classes. You can book all your classes at one time.

To see that you have booked a class, click on the My Account button in the purple header.
This will take you to your account screen. You can see your booking, bundles (top up cars), memberships and profile from this screen.
Cancel Classes
From the screen above, you can see your classes and cancel them. To cancel a class, click on the cancel button which takes to to this screen:
Click the red button to cancel the class. Ignore the refund message as all classes are included in your membership.
To reschedule a class, start from the previous screen (as seen below) and click on reschedule.
This will bring you to this screen:
The dates shown are for the same class, just another date. Click on the date you want and and click the purple Reschedule button. If you want to choose a different class, then cancel the class and go back to the View Classes screen ( button on the top left) and choose a different class.
