Here are three exercises you can do to work specific muscles that will help you increase your flexibility and strength.

The Roll-Up: This exercise involves a controlled roll-down and roll-up of the spine, which stretches and strengthens the back and abdominal muscles, enhancing flexibility in the spine.


Leg Circles: Performed by lying on the back and moving one leg in controlled circular motions, this exercise increases hip mobility and flexibility


Single-Leg Stretch: This exercise, part of the Pilates mat series, involves extending one leg while pulling the other knee toward the chest, promoting flexibility and strength in the hip flexors and core.
