Pilates for Regular People

Do you ever feel you have to be fit to go to the gym, take a class, go running? When actually, you do precisely those things to get fit.


I love working with weights, but never feel comfortable in a gym. I like classes but feel awkward in a big class. What if I don’t have enough stamina for the class? What if everyone is totally toned and fit already – I won’t fit in.


This is why I don’t go to a gym.


When I started teaching Pilates, I realised that Pilates is for Everyone! We can all benefit from the exercises.


The people in my classes are not gym-tastic, with perfect bodies and bulging muscles. They come because they want more flexibility, more toning or have back pain. Every Body is different with unique abilities and things to work on.


I love teaching my classes filled with hard working, regular people. They are trying to get out of pain, improve themselves and be a bit fitter.


So if you’ve always wanted to try out Pilates but are nervous about who will be in class, come along and give it a go. No superstars, just super nice people all working towards the same things you are.


Pilates for regular people. That’s us.
