Your chair can become a Pilates tool. Every time you sit, you can reconnect with posture, breath, and movement.



Try this breathing pattern:

  • Inhale through your nose, expanding your ribs.

  • Exhale slowly through your mouth, engaging your core.

  • Repeat 6–8 breaths.
